          Sath hi yah bhi dhyan me rakhe ki agar aapke bone se chalane-phirane me ya uthane-baithane me chatakne ki awaj aati hai to exercise karane se bache, kyonki aise me haddiyon ko khisakane ya tutane ka dar bana rahta hai.

Apane haddiyon k majbut karane ke liye apane diet me ye sab jarur shamil kare—

  • Kela. (kela magnesium ka good sorce hai. And magnesium haddiyon aur danton ke liye bahut jauri hai. Daily ek kela khana chahiye.)
  • Palak. (Fiber yukt pattiyon me calcium, vitamin A & Iron hota hai. Isse sharir aur haddiyon ko nutrition milta hai. Daily ek cup palak boil karke pina chahiye)
  • Baadam. (isame calcium, magnecium, omega-3, fatty acid, iron hota hai. Immunity badhane ke sath-sath haddiyon ko majbut rakhta hai. Daily 4-5 baadam pani me bhingo kar khana chahiye.)
  • Dairy product. (dairy product- dudh, dahi, paneer jaise product me calcium paya jata. Hamare boy ko daily 500-1000mg calcium ki jarurat padti hai. Daily ek glass dudh and ek cup dahi me haldi milakar pina chahiye.)
