          Aaj hum alarm tone ke bare me aur jaagane-jagaane ke bare me baat karne wale hai. Kyonki dikhane me yah chhoti si baat Jaan lene me mahir hai.

          Sachchi baat hai hum me se kisi ko bhi subah – subah bed chhodane ka mann  nahi karta hai aur agar baat thandi ki ho, tab to pucchiye hi nahi.

          Lekin ghar ka kam, office ya school-college ke liye nind ko todana hi padata hai. Kuchh log apane sone-jgane ka samay fix rakhate hai aur apane aap samay par jag jate hai. Halanki ki kuchh log apane samay ko pakadane ke liye alarm ki help lete hai and kuchh log aise bhi hote hai, jinhe alarm ki awaj pata hi nahi chalata hai, unko subah-subah laat-gaadi se hi subah ki shuruat karani padati  hai.

          Waise to ab sabhi ka nind alarm tone se hi khulata hai. Lekin unhe jyada dikkat ka samana karna padta hai jinhe sone-jagane ka time fix nahi hota hai. Waise logon  ke liye alarm koi dushman se kam nahi hai.

          Aapko batate chale ki subah-subah alarm ka tone sunna  aage chal kar aapke sehat ko bigad sakata hai. Aise bhi jis din humlog alarm ki tone se jagate hai us din bilkul bhi achchh nahi lagta hai, sath hi hamare body & mind par negative effect padta hai.

          Lekin humlog alarm ki tej awaj se achanak jag jate hai, halanki nind se jagane ke liye body & mind ko thode samay ki jarurat padti hai. Jab alarm ki tej awaj nind me khalal dalkar nind se jagati hai to isse body ka circadian process bigad jata hai. Circadian hamare sharir ke natural indicator hai jo hame batata hai ki kab sona hai aur kab jagna hai.

          Alarm ki tej awaj sunane se cortisol & adrenaline jaise harmone badh jate hai. Isse heart par pressure banta hai, aise me headache(sir-dard) bhi ho sakta hai. Kabh-kabhi jaan bhi chali jati hai.

Unhe uthane ke baad turant daily work me na lagaye, aise me bachche chidchide ho jate hai.

And aise bado ko bhi chahiye ki jagane ke sath kam me na lag jayen. Kuchh nahi to kam-se-kam 5-10 minutes aise hi bahar ya chhat par tahal lena chahiye, isse blood circulation normal ho jata hai. Kai bar gav me subah-subah logon ko choda jharwate(Laat khate) hue dekhane ko milta hai. Usme sharir nas(vein) idhar-udhar ho jata hai, isliye use phir malish karke sahi jagah par laya jata hai.

          Subah jagane ke baad kuchh der tahal lijiye phir halka exercise ya running kar lene se is problem se chhutkara milta hai.

Mera tarika—

          Ab mai aapko batata hu ki meri subah ki shuruat kaise hoti hai, ya phir aap bhi agar teenage se bahar aagaye hai to aapki kaisi honi chahiye. As a medical professional student hone ke nate mera dharm hota hai ki mai aapko sabse best way batau, jisse aapka swasth hamesha sahi rahe, aur apane life ko enjoy kare.

          Waise to week me 5 days mai bhi alarm se hi subah 5 baje jagata hu aur yah kai saalon se hota aa raha hai to agar alarm nahi bhi  hai phir bhi usi time par nind apane-aap khul jati hai.

 Alarm yani mera mobile mere se 5 foot ke duri par rahta hai. Tone me maine “Buddham sharnam Gachchhami” laga rakha hu, jo dheere-dheere tej hota hai aur yah mann ko shanti feel karata hai(try karke dekhiyega), isake alawa alarm ka volume bhi bahut kam rahta hai, utana jitana me alarm se jagane wala 90% vyakti nahi jag payega, kyonki sunai hi nahi dega, mera aadat ho gaya hai, aur mai halki si awaj me bhi jag jata hu.

          Alarm ka volume kam hone ki wajah se na hame, na koi dusare disturb hote hai, to jagane ke baad yaani ki aankh kholane ke baad, lete-lete hi apani dono haathon ko ek dusare ke sath ragadta hu, jisse haath garm ho jata hai , usse apane face par rakhata hun.

          Ab uth kar bed se bahar aata hu aur 1-2 ghunt paani pita hu (waise 1-3 glass tak pani pina chahiye, isse constipation nahi hota hai.) aur sidhe toilet jata hun.

          Aane ke baad phir se 1 bada glass se pani pita hu aur exercise karata hu, apane room me hi bina koi equipment, apane hi body weight ke sath….. aise hi simultaneousaly sabhi kam kam ek- ke –baad- ek karta hun.

          1-2 ghunt paani is liye pita hu, kyonki raat bhar me humsabhi ke munh me moujud salivary gland se saliva(lar) nikalta hai, jitana sharir ko chahiye utana, to wo saliva kuchh hamare munh me bhi rahta hai, jisake karan subah munh apane-apane halka khatta(sour) lagta hai,  and wah saliva hamare sharir keliye bahut jaruri hai, bahut kimati hai, isliye 1-2 ghunt paani piker use pet me pahuncha deta hun.

          Subah jagane ke baad mera personally matter yah hai ki hume bolane ka mann nahi karta hai, to hum ek ghante ke baad kisi se ya kuchh bolana shuru karte hai, yah baat mere ghar walon ko pata hai, aur jab kabhi log bhul jate hai, unhe gussa karke aur bata kar yaad dila dete hai. Waise agar koi mergency ho to alag baat hai, aap bol sakte hai, koi dikkat nahi hai. Waise subah – subah jagane ke baad hume bolane ki jagah chup-chap apana kam karna pasand hai. Ha ! Ha ! Ha ! Ha !

          Aap bhi comment me apane bare me jarur bataye, mujhe achchha lagega, koi waisa baat hoga to hum bhi follow karenge… Hum aise hi chhoti-chhoti baat jo bahut jaruri hai, life me effect dalti hai, aapsab ke liye post ke rup me dalate hai, jisse hume bhi bahut kuchh sikhane ko milata hai, aur follow karte hai. Jisse hume fayada dekhane ko milata hai.
