  Chay (Tea) kon nahi janta hai, yah bhartiyon ko pasandida chijon me se hai. Chay & Paani ka talmel kon kaise baitha raha hai, aur kisaka sahi hai, isake bare me sabko confusion hai, jo aaj dur hoga.

Agar pahale paani pite hai , to yah danton ke liye fayademand hote hai, aur paani se muh ka bacteria bhi saf ho jata hai.

            Nahi, Yah bilkul bhi sahi nahi hai. Garm chay ke sath ya turant baad paani ya thanda liquid nahi pina chahiye. Isse health related kai pareshaniya ho sakati hai. Jaise-

  • Pet kharab.
  • Sardi-jukam.
  • Nak se bleeding.
  • Danton me sadan, pilapan, sensitivity.

Pet kharab – Chay pine ke turant baad ya sath me paani pine se pet

disturb ho jayega. Pet me gas banana ke alawa dard, bloating, pet-fulana, constipation, loose motion samet kai problem ho sakati hai.

            Sardi-jukam – Chay ke turant baad paani pine se sardi, jukam ho sakta hai. Gale me kharash ho sakati hai, chhinke aa sakati hai. Agar bar-bar aisa hi karenge to pareshaniya badh sakati hai.

            Nak se bleeding – Chay ke turant baad paani pine se nak se bleeding ho sakati hai. Garmi ke dino me to aisa bilkul na kare. Chay garm aur paani thanda rahta hai to isse thanda-garm nukshan pahunchayega.

Chay pine ke kitane der baad paani pina chahiye ?

            Normally Chay pine ke kam-se-kam 30 minute baad tak paani ya koi bhi thandi chij nahi khani-pini chahiye.

            Bahut se log chay pine ke baad, paani pine ke liye thoda sa kuchh kha lete hai, and paani pi lete hai, yah bhi galat hai. Aagar aapko paani pina hai to kuchh kha len, usake 20 minute baad hi paani pina chahiye.

            Din ki shuruat gungune paani ke sath karani chahiye. Isse aapke digestion majboot rahate hai.

Kya green tea pine se pahale bhi paani pina chahiye ?

            Nahi, Green tea se pahale paani pina koi jaruri nahi hai, kyonki green tea se sharir khud hi hydrate rahata hai. Ise pine se toxin bhi bahar nikal jate hai.
