Yog aaplog to janate hi hai, yah kai prakar ka hai, yah sadiyon se bharat ki sanskriti me raha hai. Ek hota hai hast mudra jisme log apane hath ko ek alag tarah ke mudra me kuchh der tak rakhate hai.
Hast mudrayen kaphi prabhawshali hoti hai, jinka asar nason aur nadiyon para padata hai. Inhe padaashan ya sukhasan me banane se akalpit fayade milate hai. Nirdharit samay in mudraon ko atydhik prabhawi banati hai.
Aaj hum three “Mudrayen” ke bare me
baat karenge jo aapke sharir aur age ke liye bahut jaruri aur sahi hai….
“Hakini Mudra”, “Rudra Mudra”, “shankh Mudra”, ye tin mudra aapke jiwan me
bahut bada changes la sakate hai, agar ye padhane ke baad aisa karate hai to….
Koi bhi mudra karane se pahle aapko ek saaf & shant jagah par baith jana hai, uske baad batayi gayi baton ko abhyash karana hai….
Hakini Mudra-
- Sabse pahale apane hatheliyon ko hriday chakra ke pas ek-dusare ke samane layen.
- Dahine hath ke anguthe(Agni tatv), Tarjani(Wayu tatv), madhy anguli(Akash tatv), Anamika(Prithvi tatv), aur chhoti anguli(Jal tatv) ke pork o bayen hath ke anguliyon ke sampark me laye.
- Apani panchon anguli faila kar rakhenge.
- Char anguli aage kior aur anguthe upper kior rakhana hai.
- Haath ki hatheliyan ek-dusare ke sampark me nahi rahani chahiye.
- Agrbhag (Aage ka bhag) jamin ke samantar hona chahiye aur kohani bahar kior honi chahiye.
- Ridh sidhe rakhate huye aankh band kake abhyas karana chahiye.
Practice time….
Is
abhyas ko karane ka sabse sahi samay bhor se thik pahale ka samay mana gaya
hai. Subah 3-5 baje ke bich is mudra ka abhyas karane se gahan dhyan me jane me
madad milati hai.
Isake fayade…
- Is mudra ko daily practice karane se shair me panch-tatv ka ek samanjsyapurn santulan aata hai.
- Yah ajana chakra ya tisari aankh ko utejit karati hai.
- Yah buddhi aur mann ki Shakti ko badhati hai.
- Kisi bhi sharirik bimari se ubarane ke liye, iska practice kiya ja sakata hai.
- Yah left & right brain ko kam karane ke liye ek samkalin star par lati hai.
- Ekagrata Shakti me sudhar lane me help karati hai aur tark ki bhawana me bhi sudhar karati hai.
- Daily practice karane se mann ko shanti pradan karati hai.
- Aaagya chakra ki sakriyata vicharon jo spashtata deti hai, badi aur behatar sambhawanaon ke liye dimag ko vistar karati hai.
- Yah mudra anindra bhagane me bhi help karati hai.
Rudra Mudra…
- Dono haathon ki tarjani(wayu tatv), Anamika(prithvi tatv), aur anguthe(Agni tatv) ke poron ko ek sath layen.
- Sunishchit kare ki tin ungliyan ek-dusare ke sath sampark me sidh me hai.
- Middle and small finger ko strait rakh kar bahar kior failayen.
- Hatheliyon ki pichhale hisse ko ghutane ke upper rakhen.
- Pith siddha rakhen, aankh band aur normal sans len.
Practice time..
Khali
pet ya kisi bhi bhojan karane ke baad ek ghante ka antral dekar ise kiya ja
sakta hai. Agar ise sury ki pahli kiran ke sath kiya jaye to yah ek atyant
prabhawshali mudra hai.
Isake fayade..
- Rudra mudra udar(pet) ke angon ko swasth rakhane me help karti hai.
- Pachan kriya me sudhar lati hai.
- Aatm-muly ko badhati hai aur aatm-vvishwash ko badhati hai.
- Yah ek sfurdidayak mudra hai, isliye agar aapko susti ya lazypan ko dur bhagana hai to iska practice karani chahiye.
- Yah awasad ke nirman me bhi help karti hai.
Shankh Mudra..
- Right hand ki Charon ungaliyon ko left anguthe ke Charon or lapeten.
- Left hand ki tarjani(first finger) ko dahini hath ki anguthe ke sir ke sampark me layen.
- Left hand ki shesh tin finger ko right hand ki pichhe kior rakhen.
- Apane hathon ko ulatkar bhi is mudra ka practice kar sakate hai.
- Is mudra ya bhaw ko hriday chakra ya nabhi ke samane rakhen.
- Apani ridh ki haddi ko siddha rakhen.
- Apani aankh ko band rakhe aur normal sans rakhen.
Practice time…
Shankh
mudra ka practice bhor me, first sunlight me karana chahiye. Singer, speaker
& awaj ki quality me sudhar ke ichchhuk logon ko daily iska practice karani
chahiye.
Isake fayade..
- Shankh mudra ka wak tantuon par bahut prabhaw padat hai. Yah un logon ke liye atyadhik labhadayak hai jo apni awaj kki gunwata aur boli me sudhar karana chahate hai.
- Yah mudra thyroid granthi ko active karati hai aur use improve karti hai.
- Yah sharir ke digestive system ko thik karati hai, aur sharir ke falatu fat ko kam karati hai.
- Yah tonsilytis(tonsile) ke liye upcharatmak mudra hai.
- Shankh mudra kidney ko swasth rakhane me bhi help karati hai.
- Is mudra me pure sharir ko phir see jiwant karane ki Shakti hai.
- Jo log hamesa fever se pareshan rahate hai, unhe iska practice karani chahiye.
- Chakate, skin burn, khujali jaise allergy se dur ho sakati hai.
To doston aaj humne ye tin mudra ke bare me
details me jana hai, jo aapke sharir ko
nirog banane me budhijivi banane me help karegi. Iskp janane ke baad practice
karane me hi mol hai. Ummid karate hai
aap isaka practice jarur krenge, qyonki itani achchhi free ka chij kaise chhod

alawa pani pine ka bhi ek niyam hai. Jisse aapko akalpit labh milenge yani jo
aap soch bhi nahi sakte hai, waisa labh milenge…Aayiye wo bhi jaan lete hai ki,
