जरुरत से ज्यादा तेल खा रहे भारतीय | खाना अच्छा = बॉडी ख़राब | जानिए सही तरीका...         

Hum sabhi log khane ko sunder, chikana and swadist banane ke liye oil ka use karate hai, aur yah use hajaro saal se hota aa raha hai. Oil me fat hota hai, jo sharir ko jaruri chij “Fat” ko pura karata hai. Hamari body kisi bhi chij ko ek limit me hi pacha sakata hai. Agar use jyada fat lijiyega to yah sharir kea lag-alag hisson me jama hone lagata hai.

            Jab fat sharir par jama hota hai to use “Motapa” kahate hai, and lungs ki nail me jama hota hai to  “Heart blockage” ki samasya ho sakati hai, isake sath-sath aapko – BP, Sugar, Cholesterol bhi badhata hai.

Ise log Bollywood filmo, Reality show aur Ad ko dekhkar aajkal bharat ke upper middle class logon me olive oil khane ka chalan badha hai. Hamre jankar batate hai ki bhartiye pristhitiyon me wo sahi nahi baithata hai. Olive oil temperature ke thoda badhane par bhi kharab ho jata hai.

Coconut oil….

            Lambe samay se aur bahut log cocnut oil ko natural oil manate hai, aur body ke liye best oil manate hai, lekin research kuchh aur hi kahata hai.

            Harward university me ek research hui thi jisme coconut oil “shuddh Jahar” bataya gaya. Coconut oil me present “saturated fatty acids” ko sehat ke liye bahut hi khatarnak bataya gaya hai.

Palm oil….

            Palm oil log anupyukt manate hai. Palm oil me triglysride paya jata hai, jo heart ke liye bahut hi khatarnak mana jata hai. Lekin Bharat me palm oil har saal hajaro karod ke palm oil indoneshiya aur maleshiya jaise deshon se mangaye jate hai.

            Palm oil khane ke alawa sabun, shampoo, pent, chocolate aur dusari khane-pine ki chij banane me bhi kiya jata hai.

Sarso oil…

            Bhartiye kitchen me hajaron saal se lekar aajtak apani moujudagi barkarar rakhi hai sarso ne. Iski jhans aur tikhi khushbu ko indian khan eke liye bilkul sahi mani jati hai. Sarso oil ka burning point jyada hota hai, jisake chelate ye bharat jaise garm aabohawa wale desh ke liye bilkul sahi hai. Lekin jyada aur jyada samay tak istemal karane se isake bhi side effect hai.

Badal-badal ka oil khana…

            Dietician komal singh ke mutabik alag-alag oil me three types ke fat paye jate hai- polly-unsaturated fat (PUFA), mono-unsaturated fat (MUFA), aur saturated fat. Isme se koi ka level badhane se hamare body me problem dikhane shuru ho jayenge.

            Isliye  behtar yahi hai ki hum har bar alag-alag oil khaye, isse sharir ko sabhi tarah ke fat milate rahenge aur kisi ek ka level bhi nahi badhega, hamara body swasth rahega.

                To doston aaj humne oil ke bare me kuchh jankari hasil kiye hai, yah hamara daily use me ata hai, isliye isaka sahi jankari hona bahut jaruri hai.. Ummid karate hai aage se aap isaka dhyan rakhenge.
