Non-alcoholic fatty liver – yah fatty liver sharab na pine walon ko yak am pine walon ko hota hai.

Alcoholic fatty liver- jo sharab pite hai, unke liver fatty hote, alcoholic fatty liver jahate hai.

            Sharab ko detoxify karane ke liye liver ki kuchh limit hai. Agar use jyada sharab pite hai to aapka liver kharab hone lagata hai. Isake alawa sharab ke sath sath log tala-bhuna khate hai, jisse fatty liver ki problem badhti jati hai.

            Bilkul aap aisa jarur kar sakate hai, agar aapka liver satge 1 me hai tab, fibrosis tak. Lifestyle me changes lakar 30-40% tak control kiya ja sakata hai.

Diabetes – Agar kisi ko diabetes hai aur unko control karana jaruri haito aise logon ko Hba1c ka value 6 ke aas-paas hona chahiye.

            Aise hi agar kisi ka weight jyada hai, motapa hai, to unko pahale apana weight kam karana hoga. Isaka BMI yani Body mass index 28 se kam hona chahiye.

            Isitarah agar kisi ko lipid ya cholesterol ki gadbdi hai to unhe exercise, diet and medicine se thik karana hoga.

  • Sharab ko aadat na banaye.
  • Mithe chijen kam khaye.
  • Processed food na khaye.
  • Oily food na khaye.
  • Fiber wali chijen khaye.
  • Baadi chije kam khaye – Baigan, Tamatar, Aalu, Phul-gobhi.
  • Non-veg me fish khaye.
  • Steroid creame & injection  use na kare.
  • Painkiller khane se bache jaise- combiflame, wawren.
  • Sabse jaruri moderate exercise daily kare.

Q . Moderate exercise kya hoti hai ?

            Exercise 3 tarah se ki jati hai-

            Mild – is tarah ke exercise karate samay aap baat-chit kar sakte hai.

            Moderate – is tarah ke exercise karate samay baat-chit kam karani chahiye.

            Sevior – Yah exercise karane me sans tej chalati hai, is wajah se isme bilkul bhi nahi bolana chahiye.

Liver ko healthy rakhane ke liye moderate exercise karan chahiye isame cardio exercise jaruri hai. Cardio karane ke liye aapke paas bahut option hai jaise-

  • Running / Fast walk.
  • Swimming.
  • Cycling .

Ya sab karane se aapka heart ki bhi exercise ho jati hai. Jisse liver ke metabolism me sudhar aata hai. Pura body ka metabolism sahi hota hai.

Q . Daily kam-se-kam kitana exercise karani chahiye ?

            Waise to Sabhi age group ke logon ko daily kam-se-kam 30 minute ka exercise karani chahiye. Isse body to fit rahega hi liver, kidney & heart bhi healthy rahega.

            Aagar aap young hai to kam-se-kam week me 240-300 minute exercise karani chahiye aur old age walon ko week me 150-200 minute exercise karani chahiye. Aisa nahi hona chahiye ki aap kisi din jyada exercise kar liye aur baki din thode-thode exercise kar rahe hai.

Q . Fatty liver walon ko kya khana chahiye kya nahi ?

            Pahale samajhate hai ki fatty liver walon ko kya-kya khana chahiye-

  • High fiber food

Bins, Mote anaj, Fruits, Vegetable, Sabut anaj,

  • Leen protein

Eggs, Soya, Green matar, Fish.

  • Healthy fat

Nuts, Jaitun oil, Seeds, Evokado.

  • Complex Carbohydrate

Sweet potato, Brown rice, Brown bread, Kwinoa.

  • Dairy product

Fat free milk, Paneer, Dahi.

 

            Fatty liver me kya nahi khana chahiye-

  • Saturated/ Trans fat

Red maas, Butter, Processed food, Oily food.

Kek-kukiz, Fruit juice, Soda packed drinks, Candy.

  • Sharab

Whisky, Vodaka, Rum, Bear

  • Salty food

Fast food, Packed food item, Chips/Namkeen, kisi chij par salt dalkar.

Q . Liver transplant ki jarurat kab padati hai.?

            Jab liver ki problem control se bahr ho jati hai tabhi liver ki transplant ki jati hai. Jyada nahi hone par transplant ki jarurat nahi padhati hai.

            Fatty liver control karane ke liye sabse pahale apana weight control karana chahiye.

            Oily chije khana band kar dena chahiye. Phal-sabji, sabut anaj khana shuru kar dena chahiye. Exercise daily  karana chahiye, isse weight control rakhane me help milati hai.

             To dosto aaj humne apane liver ko healthy rakhane aur unhealthy rakhane ke bare me details me jaana hai. Waise to har koi swasth rahana chahta hi hai, lekin swasth wahi rahata hai jo sahi jankari ke sath apana haar kaam karata hai.
