Simple baat hai, aapko pata hoga ki bacteria garm jagah jaldi panapte hai aur badhate hai. Lekin freeze ka temperature bahar ki temperature se kam hoti hai to waha bacteria nahi badh pate hai, nahi khana ko kharab karte hai.

        Freeze ke ander kam temperature me salmonella, e-coli aur botulinam jaise bacteria kam develop karte hai jisake karan freeze ke ander rakha khana kuchh samay ke liye safe rahta hai.

Kya freeze ke ander rakha khana bhi kharab hota hai ?

  2. Door – Freeze ke dusare hisse ki tulana me usake door garm hote hai. Yaha ka temperature normal hota hai to yaha waise chij rakhe jo aise bhi jaldi kharab nahi hote hai, jaise – jam, chatani, cold drink.
  3. Kachcha – Pakka khana – Es baat ka hamesha dhyan rakhe ki jis self par pakka hua khana rakha hai, us par kachha khana ya sabji nahi rakhe, nahi to khana jaldi kharab ho sakta hai. Kyonki kachchi sabjiyon ke bacteria pakke khane me jakar infected kar sakte hai.
  4. Dairy prduct – Dudh ya dudh se bani koi bhi saman freeze ke middle self par hi rakhana chahiye, sath hi pakke khane aur non-veg us par nahi rakhe.
  5. Bottom – freeze ka sabse niche wala self par us item ko rakhe jisse ras ya pani tapakta ho. Isake alawa yaha aap fish, chicken ya non-veg rakh sakte hai.
