          Dr. se milane ke baad jo aapko medicine mili hai, precaution bataya gaya hai use follow karna chahiye. Isake sath khan-pan par bhi dhyan dena hoga, alcohol, cigerate se duri banana hoga.

          Aise yah normally hone ke baad kabhi puri tarah se thik nahi hota hai lekin medicine, habbit & Yog se control kar sakte hai.

Soyabean & usake product – Soyabean me phyto-estrogen hota hai jo thyroid harmone ko banane wali enzyme sahi tarah se kam nahi karti hai.

Green vegetables – Palak, Gobhi, Brokely, Patta gobhi khane se bachana chahiye. Yah sab crusiferus vegetable hai. Nutrients to hota ha, lekin thyroid gland ko disturb karte hai.

Caffine – Caffine thyroid harmone gland ko badha deta hai, isse medicine ka asar kam hota hai.

Iodised salt – Thyroid patient ko iodised namak kabhi nhi choodana chahiye, isse unki pareshani badh jati hai. Isliye achchhi quality ke iodine namak khaye, sendha namak khana chhod den.

Paani piye – Paani to sabhi rog ka ek medicine hai.. pani khub piye jitane jyada piyenge utane jyada aapke body se toxin bahar nikalega, and aap swasth rahiyega.

Protein – protein thyroid patient ke liye bahut jaruri hai, isliye sprout, eggs, paneer aur fish khana chahiye.

Bhramari Pranaayam -  ise karane ke liye ek shant hawadar jagah par baith jayen, ab apani tarjani ungali ko dono kanon par rakhen, munh ko band rakhate huye nak se I sans le aur chhoden. Sans chhodane ke douran “om”  ka uchcharan Karen, is process ko kam-se-kam 5- 7 bar dohrayen.

Sinhasan Ise karane ke liye sabse pahale apane ghutane ko saman duri par rakhkar wjrasan me baith jayen. Dono haath ki hatheliyon ko pair ke ghutane par rakh de.
