Abhi ke samay me koi chij hai jo bahut teji se badh rahi hai to wah hai “Garmi”. Tez dhup and high temperature ke karan hota hai Dehydration.

            Dehydration ke bare me janana bahut jaruri hai taki Aprail hi nahi May-June ki garmi me aap khud ko aur apane  family ko dehydration se bacha sake.

Q . Ek insaan ke sharir me kitana pani hota hai..?

A . Hamare sharir me 65-70% paani hota hai, and sharir ko swasth rakhane ke liye jitana jaruri poushtik aahar hai, utana hi jaruri clean water hai.
