& e-coli jaise bacteria panap jate hai. Infected sprouts ko clorine,
alcohol and chemicals se saph karane ke bawajud yah bacteria puri tarah se khatam
nahi hote hai.
Dar-asal chane samet kisi bhi aanaj
ya beej ko ankurit karane ke liye sabse pahale use paani me bhingokar,
kapade me bandh kar rakha jata hai, and aise hi nami wale jagah par Bacteria
panapate hai.

agar pahale se hi kharab ho ya infected ho to usse taiyar
hone wale sprouts me bhi infection hone ka kahtra
badh jata hai. Ise ankurit karane

Pregenent ladies, new born baby and old ager ke sath-sath weak immunity walo ko bhi es bimari ka khatra sabse jyada hota hai.
- Staphylococcus bacteria : Es bacteria se nimonia, food poisioning se lekar blood & bone infection ho sakta hai.
- Bacillus cereus bacteria : Yah toxins paida karta hai, jisse diarrhea, dast, vometting and pet se judi gambheer bimariyan hoti hai.
- Aeromonas hydrophila : Yah bacteria apko bloody diarrhea ke sath intestine ki ghaatak bimari ki chapet me lata hai.
- E-coli : Yah diarrhea jaisi pet ki kai bimariyan to deta hi hai, isse kidney fail hone se lekar koma tak ka khatra rahta hai.
- Yersinia anterocolitica : Duniya bhar ke kai lakh log es bacteria ke shikar hote hai. Jinme se kai log jan bhi ganwa dete hai.
- Shigella bacteria : Es bacteria se hui food poisioning khatarnak hoti hai. Blood tak isaka infection pahunchana janlewa sabit ho sakta hai.

Jahrile sprouts se bachane
ke liye America me kade niyam banye gaye hai America ke “food & drug administration” (FDA)
ke dwara. Jisake tahat sprouts taiyar karane se pahale beejon se
lekar paani tak ki achchhi tarah se janch bahut jaruri hai. Beejon ko
paani me bhingone se pahale use achchhi tarah check kar lena bahut
jaruri hai.
Infected sprouts khane ke 3-4
days ke bhitar isake symptoms dikhane lagate hai, jaise- pet dard, gas, vometting,
fever, weakness, dehydration jaise symptoms dikhane ko milate hai. Aise me jald
hi Dr. ke paas jana chahiye, aise me body me paani ki kami nahi
hone dena chahiye.
Kaise khaye sprouts-
Nutrishnist ki mane to sprouts kabhi kachche nahi khana
chahiye. Kyonki sprouts kachcha khana ke baad digestion me dikkat

करे हेल्दी स्प्राउट्स | |
सबसे पहले स्प्राउट्स तैयार करने के लिए हेल्दी एवम
आर्गेनिक बीज लें. अब अनाज को भिंगोने से पहले उसे क्लोरिन से अच्छे तरह से
साफ करें. धुलने और भिंगोने के लिए टेप वाटर की जगह पिने वाला पानी
इस्तेमाल करें. जिससे स्प्राउट्स तैयार करना है उस बीज को रात भर पानी
में भिंगो का रखें. जिस बर्तन में भिंगो रहे है उसकी सफाई का भी ख्याल रखें. अगले सुबह साफ पानी से धो लें. अब भींगे हुए बीज को सूती कपडे में लपेटकर 2 दिन के लिए
रखें. इस दौरान कपडे में नमी बन रहनी चाहिए, और आसपास गन्दगी
नहीं होनी चाहिए. अब तैयार स्प्राउट्स को इस्तेमाल करने से पहले उसे अच्छी
तरह से साफ कर लें. आप कपडे की जगह बाज़ार में मिलाने वाला कंटेनर का भी युज
कर सकते है . अब तैयार स्प्राउट्स को पहले अच्छे से धोने के बाद कुकर
में 2-3 सिटी लगाये, तब खाएं, डेली | |
