          Apane maathe par lambe ghane kale baal kise pasand nahi hota ? ? ? lekin yah har kisi ko nasib bhi nahi hota. Aur jise khushnasibi me milati hai use ise sambhalane ki sahi jankari nahi hone ke karan jyada din tak nahi rahta.

          Lambe-lambe kale ghane baal rakhane ke sath-sath dekhane me bhi khubsurat lagate hai. Khud se jyada to dusare log dekh kar khush hote hai, aur bhagwan ko yaad karte huye khud ko badnashib samajhane lagate hai.

Aisa isliye kyonki aise baal dhone se head me blood ka flow sahi hota hai. Jisse baal jharana band ho jata hai, sath hi brain me oxygen ka level bhi badh jata hai, jisse kaam par focus karane me help milata hai.

          Dadi –nani ke  method ko Dr. bhi nahi nakarte hai. Aage keeor baal latkakar dhone ko “imvertion method” kahate hai. Raat me baal dhona-

          Kuchh mahilaon ko aadat hota hai jab bhi nahaye to baal dho kar hi nahaye, aise me agar baal sukhane se pahale hi bed par sone chale  gaye to usse aapke baal kamjor ho jayenge, aur baal tutane ka bhi khara badh jata hai. Jab aap raat me baal dhote hai to baal ke sath-sath jad bhi kamjor ho jate hai.

Dandruff –

          Jab aapke baal gile hote hai to usaki jade upper keeor uth jati hai, jo baalon ko tutane ka main karan bhi hota hai. Yah bhi dekha gaya hai ki gile baalon me sone se aur sir ghumane se baal aapas me ulajh jate hai, iske baad usme kanghi karane se aur jyada baal jhadte hai ya tutate hai. Kyonki aisa karane se hair cuticle par stress padane ke sath-sath baal bhi adhik jhadane lagate hai.

          Isake alawa gile baalo ke sath rahane ke karan scalp par infection ka bhi khatra badh jata hai. Infectin hone se dandruff bhi badh jati hai. Isake sath hi raat me baal dhone se sardi-jukam ya allergy bhi badh jati hai. Jisake karan headache aur bharipan bhi ho sakta hai.

 Body temperature-

          Mahilaon ko pata hoga ki periods ke liye banaye gaye kai niyamon me se ek yah bhi hai ki periods time 4-5 days tak baal nahi dhone chahiye. Waise isaka dharm se koi lena-dena nahi hai, baat  aisa hai ki aisa isliye nahi kiye jate hai taki aapka body temperature kam na ho.

          Jab body temperature adhik rahta hai to periods ka flow sahi rahta hai. Wahi baal dho kar nahane se body ka temperature kam ho jata hai, jisse bleeding ruk jati hai.

          Yah periods ka cycle sabhi mahila ke alag-alag hote hai kisi ko 3 days, kisi ko 4 days to kisi ko 5 days, in dino body ka temperature kam nahi hona chahiye, isake liye baal dhone se aur thandi chije khane se bachana chahiye.

          Kyonki agar periods agar sahi se nahi huye to uterus me blood clott ban jate hai. Aise me infection, pet-dard ki problem ho sakti hai. Isake ke liye kabhi-kbhi operation bhi karani padti hai, blood clott ko nikalane ke liye.

          Jo kaam sadiyon se hoti aa rahi hai, usake sath usake kuchh niyam bhi sadiyon purani hoti hai, usame kisi tarah ka chhed-chhad nahi karani chahiye..

            Yah mahilaon ke liye bahut hi jaruri jankari hai, yah unki puri ko affect kar sakta hai, isliye ees post ko apane najdiki ko jrur share kare. Ummid karte hai yah jankari aapko healthy & jawan rakhane me help karega.
