          Khul kar hansane se hamare sharir me oxygen ka level badhta hai, jisse sabhi angon(parts) me oxygenated blood asani se pahuchata hai aur sabhi parts achcchhe se work karane lagate hai, isake sath hi immune system ko bhi majbut banata hai.

          Aapko jaan kar hairani hoga ki hansi ek tarah ka infection jaisa hota hai, agar ek ne hansana shuru kiya to baki logon ne bhi hansana  shuru kar deta hai, bina wajah jane.           Is tarah se aap free ke ek jagah baithe-baithe sirf hans kar bhi apane weight ko control kar sakte hai. Jab bhi koi hansata hai to isse cortisol harmone kam hota hai, cortisol harmone ko stress harmone bhi kaha jata hai. Jab kisi ka cortisol harmone kam hota hai ya control hota hai to usse usaka weight bhi kam ya control rahta hai.

Blood pressure-

          Hansane se blood pressure normal rahta hai, blood ka flow tej hota hai, flow tej hota hai to heart ko pump karane me bhi help milta hai. Isse endorphins release hone se mood behtar and heart ko work bhi kam karna padta hai. Isse blood pressure ke sath-sath heart bhi sahi rahta hai.

          Aaj kal der raat tak screen ke samne rahane se logon ke nind bhi bhag gayi hai. Agar aapko bhi nind ki samasya hai to aapko hansane ki aadat dal leni chahiye. Hansane se sharir me melanin namak harmone banta hai, jisse body chain ki nind me sota hai.

Skin-

Hansane se sharir me oxygen ki matra badhta hai yah to aap jante hi hai. Isaka asar aapke skin par bhi dekhane ko milata hai. Lekin baat yah hai ki yah asar ek din ya ek mahine me nahi dikhata hai. Isake liye aapko hansi ko apani aadat banana padega.

Lekin aapko yah bhi jankari hona chahiye ki thahaka lagana jinda-dili ka nishani bhi hai.

          Agar aapke hansane se koi disturb ho raha hai to koshihs kare ki use bhi hansi me shamil kar len, agar nahi ho sakta hai to na hanse. Aise hi agar aap kisi meeting me ya office me ho to kuchh der ke liye taal den. Jab meeting ya office se bahar aayen to us baat ko yaad karke jarur hans len. Koi bhi mouka jane na den.

Confidence-

          Jab bhi koi hansata hai to wah positivity ke taraf badhta hai. Jab koi positive hota hai to wah logically bhi hota hai chahe ghar ke kaam ho ya office ke kaam, Wah har kaam ko behtar tarike se kar pata hai. Dimag shant rahta hai aur stress free rahta hai. Isse hume khud par vishwash yani ki confidence badhta hai. Jisaka asar hume hamara har kaam me dikhata hai.

Depression-

          Bola jata hai ki muskurane wale ya hansne wale ko depression kuchh nahi kar pata hai. Kisi baat ka Gum to kabhi hota hi nahi hai. Hansane ya muskurane wale person ko bhale hi kuchh samay ke liye tension ya depression gher le, lekin apani positive aadaton ke karan wah aasani se bahar nikal jata hai.

Relationship-

          Aajkal logon ke paas samay ya paisa ho ya na ho lekin stress bahut rahta hai. Aise situation me koi person kisi se hans ke baat karta hai to use bhi kuchh der ke liye hansane ka mouka milata hai, jo har kisi ko pasand hota hai.

          Har koi aise person ko pasand karta hai jo hans ke baat karta hai. Aise logon se relative & friends khush rahte hai aur aise logon se baar-baar milate bhi hai. Isse relation behtar hote hai, isliye sabhi se hans ke baat kariye.

Active Old ager-

          Jo vyakti apani jawani me logon ko hansta-hansata hai, wah budhape me bhi bahut active rahta hai. Jisake karan unke sharir me normal se jyada endorphins harmone banta hai and yah harmone last age me bhi sharir me banane wala dusare harmone ko bhi active rakhta hai.

Aise apane aas-paas bikheren hansi-

  • Dinning table par 10-15 minute pahale pahunch jaye. Daily kisi ek sadasy ko chutkule sunane ki baari laga den.
  • Apane ghar par office ki baaten nahi kare to hi achchha hai. Koshish kare ki negativity se dur hi rahe.
  • Apane bachchon ko apane bachpan ki koi hansi wali baaten bataye. Apani murkhta wali koi ghatna sunkar khud bhi hanse, aur unhe bhi hansaye.
  • Apane bachpan ke doston se baaten kare, usse mann halka hoga, to pariwal ka mahoul bhi halka rahega.
  • Jo kaam aapko achchha lagta hai ya koi shouk hai to usake liye daily kuchh samay jarur nikalen, jaise- music sunana ya sunana , dance karna, tv show dekhana e.t.c.
  • Kisi jaruratmand ki help karte hai to uske chehare par aane wali khushi aapko kai dino tak good-feel karati hai.
  • Chhoti khusiyan ko tyag kar bade khusiyan ka wait nahi kare. Jab bhi mouka mile hans de, ya hansa de.

To doston aaj humne apani hansi ke bare me details me jani, jisake baad hume yah pata chala ki ees medicine ka koi side-effect nahi hai, bas fayade-hi-fayade hai.
