Garmi ke dino me tej garmi, dhup ke sath-sath hume kai tarah ke infection bhi dekhane ko milata hai. Unme se ek hai Acidity.
Acidity ki problem hona normal baat
hai. Kuchh bhi idhar-udhar ka saman ya bazar me road ke kinare bik rahe contaminated saman ko khane se ho sakta
hia. Isake alawa jyada tel-massala and galat time par khana-khana bhi acidity
ko badhata hai. Garmi ke dino me waise bhi raat chhoti hoti hai logon ki nind
bhi puri nahi ho pati hai and aadat se majbur jyada chay
pine se bhi acidity badhane ka risk bana rahta hai.
Hum sabhi jante hai ki garmi ke dino me bhojan kam, paani jyada pina chahiye. Insab ke alawa agar aap liquid diet lete hai to wo aur bhi jyada achchha hai.

Pudina-Gud ki sharbat—
Pudina-Gud ki sharbat hamare yaha
sadiyon se chala aa rah hai. yah to hamara parampara raha hai, aaj bhale hi hum
log ise bhulkar videshi botal band sharabt par aa gaye hai, lekin hamara purana
sharbat ke aage yah kuchh bhi nahi hai. Jaha tak hai to yah hamare sharir ke
liye nuksandayak hi hai.
Pudina ke poudhe me kai tarah ke nutrients
hote hai, jaise- energy, carbohydrate, protein, Niacyne, Vitamin-A, C, sodium,
potassium, iron, magnesium and calcium hote hai. Jo acidity ko dur karane me
help karte hai.
Isake alawa yah sharbat aapko refresh
ke sath-sath pura din energetic rakhta hai and sath hi aapke digestion bhi
sudharta hai, jo garmi ke dino me digestion bigadna aam baat hai.
Process—Sabse
pahale kuchh chutaki jeera and pudina ke pattiyan ko pis le aur ek glass me
usake ras ke sath kuchh pattiyan bhi dal de. Usake baad ek bada glass gud ka
paani aur gulabi ys kala namak dalen, sath hi isame barf ya thanda paani
daliye aur aanand lijiye.
Chandan ka sharbat
Aapne to sunane ka sath-sath dekha bhi
hoga logon ko maathe par chandan lagaye huye, use lagane se head thanda rahta
hai. Yaani ki usame thandak ka goon hai.
Process -- Chandan
ki sharbat banane ke liye chandan ke powder ko ek saph kapade me rakhkar usaki
potaly bana len.
Ab ek bade bartan me chini-paani ko
boil Karen. Boil hone par isame dudh milaye aur 3-4 minute tak pakayen.
Pakane ke baad last me usame 2 spoon
nimbu ka ras milaye aur dekhe ki bartan ke kinare jhaag aaya ki nahi, yah bhi
dekhe ki chini –paani achchhi tarah se mile hai ki nahi.
Ab ise gas se niche utarane ke baad pahale
se banaye gaye chandan ki potally ko paani me dalakr yun hi raat bhar chhod den.
Subah potally ko nikalkar paani ko chhankar niakal len.
Ab yah chandan ki sharbat ke liye chashani
taiyar hai. Aap chahe to ise freeze me store kar sakte hai and daily ek glass
thande paani me 5 spoon chashani milayen aur aanand len.
Gulab ka sharbat—
Aapko pata hoga ki G ulab me anti oxidant ke sath-sath
vitamin-C, E, iron & calcium bharpur matra me rahte hai. Yah aapke skin ke
sath-sath aapke pet ke liye bhi fayademand hote hai.
Gulab ki taashir thandi hoti hai,
isliye ise garmi ke dino me sharbat ke rup me pine se body refresh & Healty
rahta hai.
Process—gulab ki
sharbat banane ke liye sabse pahale gulab ki kuchh pankhuriyon ko dho kar mixxi
me pisa len. Ab pisa hua gulab and 2 cup chini ko ek bartan me dale, upper se
ek cup paani milakar 7-8 minute ke liye pakayen tab tak, jab tak yah honey ki
tarah hi gadha na ho jaye. Waise kuchh kam gadha rakhana hai taki jame nahi.
Ab
ise thanda hone ke baad isame gulab jal milayen, isse isaka taste aur jyada
badh jayega.
Isake baad ise kanch ka bottle me nikal
kar rakh len, taaki yah kai dino tak chale.
Ab daily aap ise ek glass paani me 3
spoon sharbat dale, upper se barf ke tukade bhi dal sakte hai aur aapka sharbat
taiyar hai. Aap ise paani ki jagah dudh bhi mila sakte hai. And aanand
lijiye.
Sounf ka sharbat—
Sounf ka taasir thandi hone se yah
sharir ko thanda rakhata hai, sath hi yah bhojan ko digest karane me bhi help
karta hai. Sounf me vitamin, minerals ke sath-sath anti-oxidant bhi hote hai jo
sharir ko fayada pahunchate hai.
Sounf me vitamin-C, K, E, calcium,
zinc, potassium, magnesium, selenium, iron paye jate hai, isaki sharbat pine se
body detox ho jata hai.
Insab ke alawa isame vitamin-A ki bharpur
matra hone se yah ankhon keliye bhi fayademand hota hai. Isame moujud fiber
cancer cells ko badhane se rokate hai, sath hi isake vitamin-c immunity
ko bhi badhata hai.
Process—isake liye
sabse pahale aadha cup sounf 2-3 ghante ke liye paani me bhingo den, usake baad
chhankar achchhi tarah se pis len. Usake baad us paste me kala namak, chini,
pudina, milakar ise bhi 15-20 second ke liye mixxi me pise.
Usake baad us paste ko paani me
achchhi tarah milakar kuchh der ke liye chhod den. Usake baad usame nimbu &
barf dalkar aanand lijiye. Garmi ke dino me yah sharbat aapke body ko thandak
pahunchane me help karega and aanand lene me bhi.
Khas ka sharbat—
Khas ka jyadatar use body ko hydrate
rakhana aur Blood circulation thik rakhane ke liye kiya jaata hai.
Isame paani me achchhi tarah se milane
wala fiber hota hai jo digestive system ko majbut karta hai. Raatbhar paani me
bhingo kar subah khali pet khane se digestion ke sath metabolism
ko bhi behtar banata hai.
Isake sath hi yah sharir se toxin
material ko bahar nikalane ke sath hi constipation me bhi help karta
hai.
Process—Sharbat
banane ke liye ek bartan me chini ko ghole and gas par chalate huye isaki
chasni bana len. Isake liye jab chini paani me achchhi tarah se ghul jayegi tab
2-3 minute aur paka lenge.
Usake baad usame khane wala green
colour & khas ka assense dal denge aur achchhi tarah se
mila denge.
Ab hamara khas ka sharbat banker
taiyar hai, aanand lijiye.

Sattu ka sharbat—
Garmi ke dino me sattu ka sharbat khaas
kar ke UP-Bihar me log daily apane gharo me pite hai and yah bazar me
bhi aasani se mil jate hai. Sattu me heat wave se bachane ka goon hota
hai. Sattu me bahut hi jayada na-gulane wala fiber hota hai, jo
intestine ko clean karke digestive-system ko majbut karta hai, constipation
& acidity me bahut kaam karta hai.
Process—Sattu ka
sharbat banane ke liye sabse pahale ek glass ya bartan me kuchh gram sattu
lijiye usake baad usame kala-namak, pudine ki patti, nimbu ka ras and bhuna hua
jeera powder dalkar achchhi tarah milayen aur yah sattu ka namkin sharbat
taiyar hai.
Sattu ke sharbat me pudina ki pattiyon ka ras dalkar piyen. Yah
sattu daily 1-2 glass pine se loo se bachenge sath hi body clean & hydrate
bhi rahega, aanand bhi aayega.
To dosto
badhatii temperature me heat wave ke karan kitano ke jaan chale gaye. Isliye aaplog
