          In dino mousham ne achanak se karwat li hai. Desh ki rajdhani se lekar tamam shahron me hui barish ne temperature ko kaphi niche la diya hai. Lagatar padti fuharon ne mousham ko suhawana bana diya hai.

          Waise to yakin hi nahi hota hai ki “May” ke mahina me mousham vibhag ka anuman aaya hai ki pure week mousham aise hi bana rahega.

          Normally dekha jaye to is mousham me kuchh jyada hi garmi padane lagati hai. And log khud ko aise mousham ke anukul dhal bhi lete hai. Geezer ko band karke freeze(refrigerator) ko on kar diya jata hai, frreze me paani ki botalen bharane ke liye ghar ke bachche dant khate rahte hai.

          Lekin is baar ka situation alag hai. Lahlahati garmi ke mousham me achanak se barsat aur thand padane lagi hai. Achanak se aayi yah thandi barsat logon ke liye mushkilen khadi kar rahi hai.

          Aaj hum badalte mousham ke khatre aur isme khud ko healthy rakhane ke tour-tarike ke bare me details me janenge. Taki sabhi mousham me khud ko healthy rakh payenge.

Flue & Infection

          Jab garmi ke dino me halki barish hoti hai to bahut suhawani  lagati hai. Lekin isake kai khatre bhi hai, jo logon ko nahi malum hai.

          Badalta hua temperature yaani “thermal dis-balanceflue & infection badhane ke sabse mast samay hai.

          Aise samay me aapko kai tarah ke infecton ho sakte hai sath hi agar abhi sardi-khansi hui hai to yah lambe samay tak tik sakati hai.

          Achanak se temperature down hone se hamari body par bad effect padti hai. Kyonki aise badlaw ke liye hamara body taiyar nahi rahta hai. Aise umlog bahut jald hi bimar ho jate hai.

Immunity—

          Ek to corona mahamari ne badi sankhya me logon ki immunity kamjor kar di hai. Aise me achanak se badalata mousham unlogon ke liye bahut khatarnak ho jata hai.

          Aam bol-chal me ise thanda-garm lagana bolate hai. Isliye aise mousham me logon ko vishesh sawdhani baratane ke liye boli jati hai. Sath hi bachche & old ager par vishesh dhyan di jati hai.

          Aise mousham ki barish ki ek khasiyat hoti hai ki isme tej thandi hawa chalti hai. Aise me kamjor immunity walon ko bimar hona normal baat hai.

          Isliye jaruri hai ki raat ko pure sharir ko dhakkar soye. Agar pankhe & cooler chala kar so rahe hai to ek chadar jarur rakhen. Koshish kare ki aapki body garm rahe.

Khan-pan—

          March ka mahina khatm hote hi log apani diet me thandi chijen shamil karana shuru kar dete hai, jisaki taasir thandi hoti hai. Lekin be-mousham ki thand me kuchh dino ke liye aise khana se dur hi rahana chahiye.

          Abhi ke samay me vitamin se bharpur chijen khana sahi rahega.   Dahi, Chhachh, Lassi & ice-cream se bachana chahiye.

Pet ka infection-

          Barsat ke mousham me paani dushit hona and usse pet ki problem aam baat hoti hai. Jaise abhi ho rahi barsat bemousham ki hai. Aise me yah khatra aur adhik hoti hai.

          Aise dino me paani ko boil karke pina chahiye jisse digestion sahi rahega.

          Aise mousham me road kinare bik rahe market ka saman khane se bachana chahiye.

          Sath hi ghar par bhi hamesha garm khana hi khana chahiye, nahi to pet kharab hone ka dar bana rahta hai.

          To is tarah se bemousham barsat me khud ko bimari se dur rakh sakte hai. And logon ko bhi bimar hone se bach sakte hai.

     Ummid karte hai bemousham hui baesat ke karan aayi thand me bhi aap healthy & jawan rahnge.
