         Ek achhe din ki shuruat ek achhe din se hona chahiye, aur ek achhe subah ki shuruat achhe aadaton se aur jankariyon se hoti hai. Subah ki kuchh aadat jo aapko mansik aur sharirik swashthy ke liye achha hota hai. Jaise hi jagate hai, aap job bhi nirnay lete hai ya sochate hai, wah aapke mastishk ki ichhashakti ke bhandar me samahit ho jata hai. Janiye kuchh aisi aadat jo aapke dincharya ko naya aayam de….

Alarm…

        Bahut sare log rat me alarm laga kar sote hai aur subah use band karke so jate hai. Yah dincharya ko aniyamit karata hai, isse bachane ki koshish karani chahiye aur mobile ki jagah alarm ghari ka istemal karani chahiye.

Get up…

        Subah jagane ke baad uthathe samay left ya right karwat lekar uthen. Isse kamar par padane wale dabaw se bach sakate hai. Subah jagane ke baad 1-2 minute tak bed par baithe rahe ya sokar hi body ko tight kare taki sharir relax ho sake. Hadbadkar ya achanak se na uthe, badi samashya ho sakati hai. Us samay body blood circulation slow rahata hai.

After get up….

        Hum jab bhi apane phone ko check karate hai, specially morning me ya jyada samay ke baad to, hum apane brain me “tanav” ko aamantrit karte hai, ki aayiye hum aa gaye..pareshan hone ke liye.

                Phone me daily updates “tanav” ka bhi karan ho skate hai, jaise- news, banking news, text, images, cotations jaldi hamara dhyan apane or khinchate hai.

                Isliye hume kam-se-kam subah ke pahale hour me phone use nahi karana chahiye..

After get up—

        Subah me jagane ke baad kam karane ke liye dourine ke bajaye kam-se-kam 5 minute ke liye apane bed par baihe. Aankh band kare, sharir aur dimag ko rest dene ke liyedhyan lagaye aur 5 minute ke baad apani hatheliyon ko ragad kar 3 bar aankhon par lagayen tab bed se uthe.

Relax sit on bed…

        Jab aap subah uthe to uthate hi apane pair ko sidhe jamin par nahi rakhen, qyonki raat ko chadar ya rajai se dhak kar son eke karan, hamara sharir ki garmi badh jati hai, pair bhi garm ho jati hai. Aise me yadi hum jagane ke baad direct jamin par pair nahi rakhana chahiye, qyonki pair garm & jamin thandi hoti hai, isse sehat ko nukshan hoga.

Sun light…

        Subah subah ghar me sunlight aane se man me positive vibes aati hai. Isliye subah bed chhodane ke baad khidkiyon ke parde hata dein ya khidkiya khol dein.

Face wash…

        Subah bed chhodane ke baad face ko dhona chahiye, munh me pani bhar kar, aankh band karke chehare par thande pani ke chhinte marane chahiye, isse aankh aur skin swasth rahate hai. Chehare ko munhashe se bhi bachata hai.

Drink water..

        Pani ki ahmiyat to hum sab janate hi hai, ki pani hamare sharir ke liye kitana jaruri hai. Pure din hydrate rahane ke liye pani ki aawashyakta hoti hai. Isliye subah khali pet 1-2 glass pani pina, is process ko sahi rakhata hai. Aisa karane se pet thik rahata hai, skin me light aata hai, acidity & constipation(kabj) me bhi rahat deta hai.

Stretching..

        Aapko yaad hoga, jab bhi subah sokar uthate hai to hamare sharir me jakadan feel hota hai. Haath – pair sahi se kam nahi karate hai, is jakdan ko free karane and body ko lachila banane ke liye1-2 minute streaching wale exercise karane chahiye. Isse tanavgrast muscles ko aaram milata hai & blood circulation sahi rahata hai. Aagar aapka body puri tarah se swasth hai to subah uthane ke baad kuchh exercise jarur karana chahiye.

                Ye kuchh tarike hai aapne morning ko good morning banane ke liye. Agar aap puri tarah fit hai, body me koi dikkat nahi hai firbhi aapko subah uthane ke baad kuchh exercise(jumping, stretching, running, yoga, meditation) karana chahiye.

                Qyonki ye sab natural medicine hai hamare sharir ko lambe samay tak fit & healthy rakhane ke liye. Aapko yah bhi dhyan me rakhana chahiye ki aap ya koi hamesha yuva ya jawan(fit) nahi rah skata hai. Morning ki ye sab kuchh aadaton ko apnane se budhapa der se aati hai.

                To doston hum ummid karate hai, ye post padhane ke baad sab nahi to kuchh habbits ko jarur shamil kriyega apane morning ko good morning banane me. Commet karke jarur bataiyega kon-kon sa habbit apana rahe hai, sath hi is post ko apane sirf best friend ko share kariyega taki aap dono jyada din tak dost bane rahe……. Sath hi yah bhi janiye morning ka wo kon sa free ka food hai, jo der tak jawan banaye rakhata hai,  xxxx me bhi... 💞💝💋
