जानिए सत्तू का सत्य | कब खाना होगा जहरीला ?? sattu
Agar aap Bhartiye hai to “sattu” se to parichit honge hi, and agar Bihar & U.P. se hai, tab to kuchh kahna hi nahi hai. Bhune huye chane ya jou ka sattu, hum sab ne piye hai. Sattu ka sharbat ya juice “mitthi” ho ya “namkin” tastey ke sath-sath tej garmi me bhi pet ko “thandak” deta hai. Yah hume itana energy deta hai ki ise “deshi-Horlicks” kahna galat nahi hoga. Saikadon salon se Bihar, Punjab, Madhy-pradesh, U.P & Pashchim Bangal me sattu ka sevan kiya ja raha hai. Aaj market me bhale hi cold-drink bhare pade hai, lekin sattu ka mahtv aaj bhi kam nahi hua hai, agar aap ise jante hai to.
Subah sattu piyen, din me khaye
Sattu ghar par aasani se taiyar kiya
ja sakta hai, halanki aapko garmi ke dino me road kinare thele par bhi asani se
mil jayega. Dietician ke anusar Subah khali pet sattu pina sabse jyada
fayademand hota hai. Sath hi isse blood sugar bhi control rahta hai.
Sattu me fiber, protein &
anti-oxidant bhi bharpur hote hai. Inse blood sugar ko regulate karane me help
milati hai. Isake sath isme calcium aur magnecium bhi bharpur matra me milati hai, isake sath
isme iron milati hai, jinhe blood ki kami hoti hai, unhe jarur pina chahiye
sattu.
Aayurved me ise summer drink bhi
kaha gaya hai. Yadi garmi ke dino me tej dhoop and loo me aap bahar nikalne se
pahale sattu pite hai to yah aapko loo se bhi bachayega. Isake sevan se
digestion sahi rahta hai. Kuchh ise aate ki tarah gunth kar ke chatani ke sath
khate hai, isse sharir ko energy to milati hi hai sath hi pet bhi bhara-bhara
lagta hai.

Sattu ke kai fayade ke sath kuchh
nuksan bhi hai. Agar ise adhik pi piya jaye to isse “diarrhea” hone ka risk rshta hai, sath hi “Bloating”
& “gas” bhi jyada banane lgati hai. Sattu me sodium ka bhi matra adhik
rahta hai jisse high blood pressure walon ko sattu kam matra me hi lena
chahiye. “Diabetes” patient walon ko bhi sattu ka sevam me sawdhani bratani
chahiye.
Nuksan
Sattu ko chana ya jou ko bhun kar
sattu ka powder banaya jata hai. Lekin yah “glutan” free nahi hota hai. Glutan
bhi ek tarah ka protein hota hai, jo “gehun”, “jou”, “raee” me paya jata hai.
Jin logon ko glutan nahi pachta hai, unhe sattu khane se prahej karna chahiye.
Types of sattu
Sattu kai prakar ke hote hai aapko
chane ke alawa gehun, makka, barli &
jou ka bhi sattu bhi asani se bazar me milta hai. Halanki Punjab me barli &
Jou ka sattu khaya jata hai. Halanki sabhi tarah ke sattu me protein &
fiber ki adhik matra hoti hai. Wahi Punjab me jou ke sattu ko pani me gholane
ke baad , usme nimbu ka ras milakar liya jata hai.
Saatu ke Fayade
Aankhon ko milati hai rahat –
Garmiyon me aankhon me jalan, aankhe lal hona, etching, dryness ki problem hoti
rahati hai. Sattu ko pani me ghol kar pine se in takliphon me rahat milati hai.
Gale ko aaram – Jin logon ko
gale me kharash, gale ke bhitar dane hona ya kuchh nigalane me taklif ho, ti
unhe sattu ka sharbat pina chahiye.
Energy booster – Yah deshi
