paani me kharab ho jate hai unhe barish ke paani me bhi nahi bhingane
chahiye. Kyonki barish me bhingane se baalon me rukhapan badh jata hai.
Clarifying
shampoo – Agar kisi ko khare paani
me nahana majburi hai to unhe clarifying shampoo istemal karani chahiye.
Isse hair detox hota hai sath hi isme detergent quality hone ke
karan ise week me ek baar hi use karana chahiye.
Conditioner
– Baalon ko hydrate karane ke liye conditioner use
karna chahiye. Khare paani se nahane ke

Vitamin-A : Sharir me vitamin A ki kami se baal
kamjor ho jate hai. Isake liye aapko – palak, gaajar, soyabean, egg, sweet
potato khana chahiye. Isse baalon ki russi & khujali ki problem bhi dur
hogi.
Vitamin-C : Sharir me isake kami se baal rukhe &
bejan ho jate hai. Isaki kami pura karne ke liye – kivi, papita, aamla,
angur, shimala mirch khana chahiye. Isse baalon me jad se majbuti aayegi.
Vitamin-D : Jab sharir me isaki kami hoi hai to baal
kamjor hote hai aur badhate nahi hai. Isaki kami ko pura karane ke liye aapko
dairy product khana shuru kar dena chahiye. Sath hi sabut aanaj daily
subah 8 baje se pahale khana chahiye and thodi der subah-subah dhup me bhi
baithane chahiye. Isse hamare baal majbut hote hai.
Vitamin-B7 : isaki kami se baalon ka growth ruk jati
hai. Vitamin-B7 hume palak. Mungphali, chocolate, meve, sabut aanaj se
milata hai. Inme biotin hote hai jo baalon ke growth ke liye sahi mane
jate hai.
Vitamin-B9 : jab sharir me isaki kami hoti hai to baal jhadane lagate hai. Sharir me isaki purti karane
ke liye mung-masur ke daal, chana, til, rajma khana chahiye, jisse baalon ki growth

Baalon ko jhadane se rokane ke liye yah kare—
- Week me 2-3 baar jaitun ya badam oil se
head massage kare. Isse scalp par blood circulation badhega.
- Garmi ke alawa sabhi season me bharpur paani piye,
isse body hydrate rahegi.
- Protein, carb and low fat wali diet leni chahiye. Healty
diet se baalon me majbuti aayegi.
- Dhul/pollution wali jagah par jane se bachen, jab bhi
bahar nikale baalon ko cover karke nikale.
- Din me oil lagane se bache isse baalon me dhul
nahi chipakenge.
- Daily exercise kare. Body ki proper functioning se nutrition
baalon tak aasani se pahunchenge.
- Tension free rahane se problem kaphi had tak kam ho jati
hai.
- Baalon ko hamesha pyar se sambhale, barik kanghi
ki jagah choudi kanghi ka istemal kare.
- Hair care ke chemical product se dur rahe. Bar-bar brands
change na kare.
- Smoking karana chhod den.

Baalon ko majbut, Ghana aur
kala banaye rakhane ke liye week me kam-se-kam 2-3 baar shampoo karana
