दिन भर में कितनी बार हाथ धोने चाहिए ? लिक्विड से या  साबुन से कौन है बेहतर  ? Hand wash 

Hum sab ko bachpan se hi bahut sari nashihaten milati aa rahi hai unme se ek hai – Khane se pahale haath dhona. Lekin itani teji se bhagti duniya me hum sab ne ab haath dhona utana jaruri nahi samajh rahe hai, Halanki humare haath gande bhi to nahi rahte hai.  Jab office me computer par ungliya chalate hai, aur tabhi koi snacks lekar aa jata hai to hum unhi haathon se khana shuru kar dete hai. And hume is baat ki jara bhi jankari nahi hota hai ki humne anjane me kitane Bacteria ko office me kha gaye.

            Aaj hum “Haath” & uski “Dhulai” ke bare me baat karenge, aur janenge isaki fayade aur nuksan, Taaki hamara haath real me clean rahe, sirf dekhane me nahi.

Kitani baar haath dhoye ?

            Haath dhone ke fayade to aap jante hi hai- Bacteria se dur rahenge, Flu se dur rahenge, Food poisioning se bhi dur rahenge. Lekin aap se koi galti se puchh de ki app din bhar me kitani baar Haath dhote hai ? To aap kya bolenge ? 5,10, 15 bar ya usse bhi adhik. (soch kar bataiye….?)

 Normally log dinbhar me average 8-10 bar log haath dhote hai. Jisame khana khane se pahale and toilet se aane ke baad, ko to log jaruri samajhate hai. To kya isse haathon ki safai puri ho jati hai.

            Dr. Ke mutabik aap un chijo ko chute hai jinme Bacteria hone ki aashanka ho to usake baad aapko Haath dhona chahiye. And isse bhi important yah hai  ki aap haath kaise dhote hai.?  Aagar aapko haath dhone ka tarika malum nahi hai,  to ho sakta hai ki aapke haath dhone ke baad bhi aapke haath me infection hone ka khatra bana rahta hoga.

Garm paani se haath dhona-

            Humlog lambe samay se mitti & rakh se haath dhote aa rahe hai. Isake baad sabun & liquid aaya. Ab sanitizer & tissue handwash ka trend hai.

            Prof. Dr. Sonu goel ke anusar 20 se 30 second tak haath dhone se aap kitanu rahit ho jate hai. Jurnal of food protection me aayi ek report ke anusar, agar aap sirf 10 second tak apane haath garm paani me rakhate hai, to usse bhi aapke hath se hanikarak Bacteria khatm ho jate hai.

Liquid Handwash-

            Aaaj kal log lotion ya liquid handwash ka upyog badhaye  hai. Lekin yah bhi puri tarah se safe nahi hai. Isake upyog se haath moisturise ho jate hai. Dry skin ke help milati hai lekin Bacteria aapke haathon me hi rahte hai.

Sabse behtar hai sabun se haath dhone ka tarika, sirf dhyan yah dena hai ki us sabun ka use aur koi na kare. Mitti ya rakh se hath nahi dhona chahiye, kyonki mitti me kitanu chhipe rahate hai, jo aapke haatho me aa jate hai. Isliye toilet se aane ke badd sabun se hi haath dhoye.

Kya haath milane ke baad bhi Haath dhone chahiye-

            Handwash two type ke hote hai, ek common aur dusra medical professionals ka handwash. Dr. & Nurse patient, medicine, cloth ko touch karate hai to unhe usi time haath dhona padta hai, is tarah ye kai bar haath dhote hai.

            Jab hum kisi se haath milate hai to yah sach hai ki hamare haath me infection aa jate hai, lekin usi time haath dhone ki jarurat nahi hai. Sirf aapko yah dhyan rakhana hai ki us haath se apane face, aankh ya nak ko na chhuye ya khujlaye. Aisa karane se infection badh sakta hai.

Kya baar-baar Haath dhona bhi Bimari hai ?

            Kuchh logon ko aadat ho jati hai bar-bar haath dhone ki. Yah aadat covid ke time par bahut logon ki hui thi. Isame log din bhar haath dhote rahate hai.

            Aisa karane se aapke skin ki Nuksan ho sakta hai. Aise logon ko “Obsesive compulsive disorder” (OCD) namak bimari hoti hai. British journal of “dermatology” ki ek research ke mutabik- Haath dhone ke fayade hote hai, lekin jyada haath dhone ke nuksan bhi hote hai. Haathon me swelling, rases, khujali & jalan jaisi problem creat hoti hai. Kai bar skin apane natural colour bhi kho deta hai. Sath hi skin apani nami  kho kar dry & bejan ho jati hai, jisse “Dermetitis” hone ki bhi aashanka bhi bani rahati hai.

Haath se bimari

            Agar aapne bahar ki koi bhi chij ko touch karane ke baad bina Haath dhoye aur sabhi jagah touch kiye hai to isse dusare log bhi infected honge. Handwash nahi karane se sabse teji se “Noro-virus” failta hai. Isse “Gastroantoritis” hone ka khatra rahata hai. Diarrhea, Vometting, Pet dard hone lagta hai. Respiratory disease bhi ho sakati hai.

Haath dhona & sukhana

            Aapko haath dhone ke jitane fayade malum hai utane, haath dhone ke baad sukhane ke bhi fayade malum hone chahiye. Aajkal hot air hand drier & cloth roller towel ka trend badha hai. Lekin yah gharo me use hone wale toliye se jyada hygienic nahi hote hai. Air hand drier me bacteria chhupe rahate hai. Isake use karane par dust & bacteria bahar aane lagate hai. Aur aapke haathon ke sath sath nak ke through lungs tak pahunch jate hai. Isliye aapke gharon me moujud pahale se toliye ko hi saf rakhe and usi ka upyog kare.
