- Hamesha ghar se nikalane se pahale apane sir ko chhata, topi, helmet se dhak kar nikale.
- Sunscreen ka istemal kare.
- Dhup me sunglasses jarur pahane. Good quality ke sunglasses 99% UVB rays and 50% UV rays ko rokate hai, jarur use kare.
Agar kisi ko tez garmi lagi hai
to yah tarike apanye—
- Jis kisi ko bhi lu lagi hai use pahale thandi jagah le jaye.
- Kapado ko hata de aur hawa lagane de.
- Sharir ko thadak pahunchane ki koshis kare, cooler/ A/C ka upyog kare.
- Normal thande paani se nahlaye.
- Sharir ko thande paani ke kapade se ponchhe.
- Patient ke sir par ice pack ya gila kapda rakhe.
- Towel ko paani me bhinga kar sir, garden, bagal and kamar par rakhe.
- Agar in sab se bhi temperature kam nahi hota hai to foren Dr. Se dikhaye.

kisi ko lu lagane par unhe bachaya ja sakata hai.
