- Light colour ke dhile & cotton dress pahane.
- Dhoop me khud ko dhank kar bahar nikale. Chasma, chhata, topi ka use kare
- Jyada garmi lagane par din me 2 bar nahaye.
- Daily morning me yoga & meditation kare.

- Subah 11 baje se lekar sham 4 baje tak bina kam ke dhoop me na nikale.

ke bawjud bhi “Loo” lag jaye tab kya upaye kare ?
Doctor se consult karan chahiye and ise follow karana chahiye—
- Jise loo lagi hai use thandi aur chhayadar jagah par le jaye.
- Gile kapade se body ko halke haanthon se pochhen.
- Underarm aur pith par barf ghise.
- Thodi der ke liye gile kapade sir par rakhe taki dimag shant ho sake.
- Sans normal karane ke koshish kare aur taza pani pilaye.
- ORS, namak chinni ka ghol ya nimbu paani de sakate hai.
- Ulti dast aur chakkar aane par, health center par le jaye.
Loo lagane par kya nahi karna chahiye ?
- Agar koi vyakti behosh hai ya ulti kar raha hai to
use pine ke liye kuchh na de.
- Body temperature ko kam karane ke liye, bina dr. Ke salah
ke dawa na khaye.
- Patient ko aise kamare me na rakhe, jaha sidhi dhoop
aati hai.

- Jou ka aata & pisa hua pyaj milakar sharir par lep kare. Loo se turant rahat milati hai.
- Patient ko bahar le jaye, to usake kano me gulab jal milakar rui ki fahe lagayen.
- Patient ki nabhi par khada namak rakhkar us bar paani ki dhar giraye, isse sari garmi utar jayegi.
