           Aaj kal market ke alawa sabhi gharo me phal & dudh ka shake banana aam baat hai. Log internet & youtube se tarah-tarah ke shake sikh rahe hai aur bana rahe hai.

          Banana shake, mango shake, strawberry shake aur kai tarah ke dry fruits wale shake aajkal kaphi  demand par hai.

Market me to aise shake wale dukan aur unke price list latakate dikhana aam baat hai. Sath hi log khushi-khushi pi bhi rahe hai.

Bas hume yah janana hai ki kya yah tarah-tarah ke shake aapke health ke liye sahi hai ? kya aapko malum hai ki kon sa phal dudh ke sath lena chahiye kon nahi ? kya market me oo sab dukandar ko malum hai ki shake me kon-kon sa phal ko ek sath milane se kya hoga ? ? ? ? ?

Aaj hum eesi ke bare me details me janenge ki kon sa shake hamare liye sahi hai aur kon sa nahi. Sath hi yah bhi janenge ki kon-sa phal me kya hota hai ? ?

Abhi dudh piya hai to turat nimbu, santra ya angur mat khao. Isaka karan yah hai ki dudh ke sath yesab phal lene se sharir me toxin banta hai.

Aayurved ke anusar sabhi phalo me kai tarah ke enzyme aur kai tarah ke acids hote hai, jaise- Citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid aur fumeric acid.

Ye acids dudh, dahi, chhachh dairy product  ke sath mil nahi pate hai.   Isse ulta result dekhane ko milata hai. Yah hamare sharir me toxin ke rup me jama hone lagata hai.

Kai baar yah blood me mil jate hai jisse skin ki bimariya hone lagti hai. Skin par red rashes, phode hona, skin ka colour jana jaise preshani dekhane ko milata hai.

Dudh kiske sath nahi khana chahiye—

          Aayurved ke anusar khane ke sath koi bhi phal na le to sabse badhiya hai. Aise strawberry ke sath dudh kabhi bhi nahi milana chahiye, yah hamare digestive system ko nuksan pahunchata hai. Aise hi banana shake ya kele ke sath dudh lena thik nahi hai. Kela agar khub paka hua hai, to bhi ise dudh ke sath lena thik nahi hai. Digestion ke douran isaka nature badal jata hai. Isse pet me acid banta hai.

 Kya Pake huye aam ke sath dudh le sakate hai ?

          Aayurved ke anusar waise phal jo naturally bahut mithe aur pake huye hai, unake sath dudh liya ja sakta hai. Eesi tarah avocado ko bhi dudh me milakar khaya ja sakta hai. Dry fruits jaise- khajoor, anjeer ko bhi dudh ke sath liya ja sakta hai.

          Aaurved me fresh fruits ko kisi bhi dusare khane  ke mukabale jaldi pachane wala mana jata hai.

          Agar aap eese lunch ya diner me lete hai to yah pet me tab tak rahta hai jab tak pura khana pach na jaye. Halanki khana khane se 1-2 ghante pahale ya baad me phal khate hai to yah jaldi pach jata hai.

Pet me acid –

          Ek prayog kariye ghar par ek balti me khub pake huye phal rakhiye, itane pake huye ki usse usake gude bahar nikal rahe ho. Ab eese dhup me rakh dijiye. Dekhane me yah bajbajata hua dikhega.

          Eesi tarah khana khane ke just baad phal khate hai to yah der tak pet me rahta hai aur bajbajata hai. Pet me moujud digestive juice eese pachate rahte hai. Isse fermentation process hoti rahti hai.

          Kai baar aap bhi dekhe honge ki kuchh log khana khane ke baad phal khane se unhe acidity ki pareshani ho jati hai.

          Aayurved me pet me banane wali acidic process ko “am” kaha jata hai. Yah hamare digestive system ko kamjor karta hai. Isse pet me digestive juice nikalana kam ho jata hai. Sath hi nutrients hamare sharir me sahi se ghul nahi pate hai. To result opposite aata hai. Digestive system majbut hone ki jagah kamjor hone lagta hai.

          Koshish kare ki phal ko kisi bhi bhojan ke sath nahi khana chahiye, chahe wah – apple, anar, angur, ya koi bhi phal ho. Kyonki isse aapka sehat ko fayada kam nuksan jyada hota hai.

Phal kab khana chahiye—

          Yah janana bahut jaruri hai ki jab itane samay phal nahi khana chahiye to kab khana chahiye.?  Simple sa jawab hai khana khane ke 1 ghate pahale ya phir khana khane ke 2 ghante baad hi phal khana chahiye, sehat ke liye badhiya hota hai.

Nonveg / Dudh—

          Normally fish khane ke baad logon ko mana karte huye dekhe honge ki dudh nahi pina chahiye. Yah sahi hai, lekin sirf fish ke baad hi nahi, koi bhi non-veg khane ke baad dudh pina sahi nahi hai. Raat ke samay to non-veg khane ke baad kabhi bhi dudh nahi pina chahiye.

          Kohish to yah bhi karana cahiye ki non-veg raat ki jagah din me hi kha len.

          Koshish yah bhi karana chahiye ki non-veg ki jagah veg hi khaye, jyada protein milega.

 

          To doston yah thi kuchh real jankari jo samaj me jaise-taise milati hai. Logon se kuchh jyada hi  galtiyan hoti hai, lekin jankari ke abhaw me we karate jate hai. Aaj ke baad ees jankari ko phal khate samay jarur dhyan rakhiyega. Ummid karte hai yah jankari aapko healthy & Jawan rahane me help karega.
